I've been going through and re-reading all the Harry Potter books this summer, and it's been quite lovely, I must say. The only downside is that pretty much everything I say is in reference to the books.

SOOOOOO I've been drawing the characters a lot.

I was reading the scene in Goblet of Fire where they do the weighing of the wands and Rita Skeeter's being all "Harry, join me in the broom cupboard" and Harry's all "You're being a creeper and I don't want to be here" and then everyone has to take a picture together.

The way Rowling describes the photoshoot really jumped out at me and I had to draw it.

From left to right: Barty Crouch, Cedric Diggory, Dumbledore, Harry, Madame Maxine, Fleur Delacour, Karkaroff, Viktor Krum, and Ludo Bagman.
Yeah, Ludo probably wouldn't be standing next to/acting all chummy with Krum but it was the only spot left open so WHATEVER.

I really like your style! My favorites are Dumbledore (lol--bunny ears), grumpy Vicktor and Ludo being a cut-up! :)

I stumbled across this for doing a search to check if anyone had done any Karkaroff fanart lately... I'm glad I did. This is awesome, the expressions are so spot on for the characters and so very stylish. :D

My only nitpick is that Karkaroff looks like movie!Karkaroff and not book!Karkaroff. :C

You're right, I went with the movie version of Karkaroff... not sure why. I regret not fixing it. I like the book version of him so much better! I'll just have to do some stuff with the REAL Karkaroff to make up for it now :D
